There is no procedure documents applied that resulting in chaos in fast paced business environment. Salary raises slowly compared with the other companies and inflation of economy.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
