Lots of turnover in staff so opportunity to advance for some.

Little room for advancement. No annual salary increases. Benefits are not attractive. The fish rots from the head, I do not see a long term positive outlook for this company unless serious changes are made at the management level.

There were absolutely no pros

Took about three years to get through their hiring process. When I was finally hired, the gigs they sent my way were months apart and undoable. So I moved to one of the most populated cities in the US to work more and lost money waiting for them to give me gigs and was let go after asking for more work. Even though, they said everyone gets the same notifications for jobs in the area, I lived within jogging distance of one of the most populated airports in the US and still received no notifications for gigs. So it’s not location based. It’s favoritism. I don’t know in what world that makes any sense. A person more driven to work is told they’re not worthy of the gig. Absolutely absurd.
