They monitor your every move with your company provided laptop. They track you. Miss a day and you could be fired...without severance. You work for omnicom/flywheel. If they can save 5% by moving your job to India where creatives get paid 1/10th of US workers, they will fire you and do that instantly. Out sourcing creative roles is their plan to elevate profits for stockholders and big investors. TPN has leadership primarily cares of profits and appeasing Omnicom leadership. You are expendable.
