1. You get to make friends with the other employees for sharing miserable everyday life 2. You learn a lot because nobody is going to be there to help you so it's good to get a job in a real company 3. When you leave you get your life back I thought I was going crazy, I thought I was the problem (CHALLENGE AS YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO SAY THE P WORD)! But then I started my new job and now I AM A HAPPY HUMAN BEING

1. Most of PMs are OVERWHELMED with clients (dear tp, you can't have someone with 90 clients and someone with 3 just because they're friends with management or just cheeky) 2. TP has just been bought by another company and this means more clients for the same (or less, see point 3) amount of staff - just unbearable 3. Highest turnover ever. By the time a newcomer is "trained" (if you can call looking at power point slides a training) and understands how things work in there, they run away (of course!) for a more human, better paid and rewarding job and people staying get all their clients (see point 1) 3b. They don't even try to replace the leavers - even when they have the month notice.. why? because it's all about SAVING MONEY 4. Management (Team managers + Operation managers) are not trained to be so. They just happen to stay longer of the rest of the people who wisely run away before being stuck with promotions 4b. Management (Team managers + Operation managers) have miserable lives and expect everyone below them to have the same 5. Working time is 9-5.30 with 30 mins of flexibility. But if you arrive at 9 and leave at 5.30 (as you are supposed to be and because that's what you paid for), you'll get many raised eyebrows (oh, is he/she leaving already, what a shock! they don't want to do any volunteering for tp, how weird!) 6. OVERTIME IS NOT PAID AND YOU ARE EXPECTED TO STAY LONGER JUST BECAUSE POINT 4b+5 7. You leave (when you manage) the office and you are still raging and this takes all your energies away 8. There's this internal procedure of INTERNAL CHECKS (one of those crazy things promised to clients) basically PMS have to check EVERY translation when it's back from a linguist.... and there is just NO TIME for that! Also, not all languages are spoken in the office, so why do you keep lying to clients saying we check everything?? there used to be INHOUSE QA checkers back in the days with awful basic salaries of 18k pa - I know, what a joke! - and TEMPORARY CONTRACTS, but it was just too easy to keep/renew them, let's just make the PMs DO EVERYTHING! 9.. The office is in a basement with NO AIR and NO WINDOWS (=no REAL LIGHT) and it's not healthy to spend that amount of time underground in front of outdated softwares
