Regarding salary: We take recognition of our talents very seriously. While we try to create a work environment and learning opportunities that acknowledge individual talent's efforts, we know that salary is one part of that and we try our best to make data-driven decisions around it.
Employing talent in Germany, we also exchange with other employers based in Germany in the tech industry to stay current with our pay efforts. We also want to ensure that we stay true to our philosophy of paying according to each talent's value contribution. Those two factors together help us make salary decisions on an individual basis. We strive for clarity and transparency behind every single salary decision, which is why managers are trained and provided with all the information they need when communicating to their talents on this. We are constantly working on improving this, and work towards creating a workspace where talents and managers are comfortable to have discussions around this topic.
