2yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It’s sad to see that you’re overall not happy here. Having to lay off anyone is not a decision we take lightly. We had to make this very difficult decision in the summer of 2022 and since then have tried our best to only hire based on business needs. As we continue to grow and evolve as a company, we're constantly reviewing and refining our policies to ensure they meet the needs of our talents while aligning with our business goals. The decision to cancel trivacation was made to ensure that our talents can decide when exactly they want to be on holiday and take as much days as they need to recover. This will always remain the case as we have self-determined holidays.
