      If you're considering, steer clear of TVScientific. The company is plagued by toxic leadership, poor management practices, and a sales culture driven by fear alone. Leadership frequently undermines collaboration, and accountability is virtually nonexistent—creating a chaotic environment where the clients are having as bad of an experience as the employees. Morale is extremely low due to a lack of accountability from upper management. It's no surprise turnover is high and trust is low. In Adtech, TVScientific is standing out as horrible place to grow your career.

      1. Incredible people on the team 2. We operate well and there's a lot of collaboration for a nearly 100% virtual company 3. Customers want what we have to sell and we're doing it more honorably than any of our competitors
