This agency's clients seemingly pay higher than other agencies I've worked with.

Poor communication from account managers. Noticed I had to repeat questions and escalate to their leadership to get answers about a placement that was going to start. I was assured equipment, incl. a laptop & never received. Twentyai blamed the client and the client blamed twentyai when i'd asked several times and after a week of work didn't have proper equipment, but was expected to attend team intro meetings and self-train. just bizarre.
