Strong cross-functional cooperation and a high level of ownership across teams. Innovative product. It’s easy to feel proud of what you’re building.

Occasional organizational chaos like in many fast-growing companies, not everything is perfectly structured, and priorities can shift quickly. It also creates a unique opportunity to be part of a larger organization while still building it with a startup mindset, shaping processes and influencing the direction of growth.
