Loved many of my co-workers, lots of team bonding, good work/life balance most of the time.

Chaotic leadership style by CEO, constantly changing decisions, expectations often did not meet reality.

- Great team! The people are talented, supportive, and genuinely care about their work. Everyone pulls their own weight and makes a meaningful difference at the company. - uConnect’s mission is impactful and has the potential to drive real change in the Higher Education space, especially when so many students are questioning the value of Higher Ed. - With the right direction, the product could be a true leader in its space and a game changer for its clients.
