Vantaggi

Dog friendly, snacks, many great folks

Svantaggi

The culture of this organization is completely run by two women in operations. Neither have had any experience at another professional company and joined over a decade ago as interns. They are insecure and use back channeling, side conversations, unnecessary pressure and unethical practices to rule their kingdom. Their lack of self awareness has run this company into the ground. Both on awful leaders and could use a course in humility. They have run many many many quality folks away. I don’t think this company can have any success when these two have so much power. It’s really unfortunate because there are so many wonderful folks that work under them. When folks push back on them they slowly get pushed out.

Svantaggi

• No clear or honest path for advancement despite multiple years of strong performance • Repeatedly told opportunities were coming, then given “interviews” that went nowhere • Advancement process feels performative rather than genuine • Constantly changing requirements made bonuses harder to achieve, even as a top performer • Poor communication and lack of transparency about company direction • Frequent layoffs created ongoing anxiety and instability • Benefits were reduced or removed over time, including DoorDash credits that were part of the original compensation package • Team culture heavily centered around alcohol-based social outings • I was explicitly told that attending these bar outings would improve my advancement opportunities, which felt exclusionary for employees who do not drink or are unable to attend The company had a DEI group, does not meaningfully address hiring, representation, or retention • Despite DEI initiatives, the company remained overwhelmingly white, with very little diversity across teams • DEI efforts focused more on social activities (e.g., group outings) than on structural change
