Sudden terminations with no notice Employees are released/terminated immediately without any prior notice or warning. 3. Lack of job security There is no job security.

1. No Real Growth Despite Heavy Workload There are endless tasks and responsibilities but almost no opportunities for actual career growth. If you believe in a company where performance is judged by your real work and results, this is not the place. 2. Need to Entertain Upper Management To succeed here, you need to be a good entertainer for upper management rather than focusing on actual work and performance. 3. Workload Distribution is a Complete Joke
