The mission really connected with me and I felt compelled to get involved. 'More People, More Active, More Often'. Trying to get the nation moving their body a little more each day is no easy task. There was a great team ethos and dynamic leadership from Steve Ward CEO & Tanni Grey Thompson Chair. They are not really CEO or Chair just one of the team that gets their sleeves rolled up and stuck in. A real variety of things to get involved in from Member Services, Research, Events, Policy and Lobbying. The whole team have a bond and work together with aim of delivering value to it's members. Really nice bunch of people!

Svantaggi

It is written as a con but really it is a pro or at least an opportunity. It is the complexity of a Membership Body which pulls you in multiple directions. Lots of the team have to where different hats and multitask. The other factor for me personally is location as the business is very much London based but they could look at regional offices within member's clubs.

Terrible hiring process from start to finish of applying to constantly sending chaser emails for an update. Then lied about various other things.
