Founding team does not want to get their hands dirty or do the actual work it takes to lead a team
Key people are fired for no legitimate reason with no plan to move forward
There is a set of rules for the founding team and then there is everyone else
Very difficult to get a promotion, a review, a raise since there is no process
Odd hiring process (e.g. people openly searching for token hires when finding candidates)
All in all, if you are not part of the founding team, you do not truly matter. This company is unfortunately a boys club.
