The new CRO is great and has built such a killer team - You get to work with insanely smart (and hilarious) people - Coworkers turn into friends almost instantly - Different teams actually hang out together at lunches and happy hours. - New female leadership = total rockstars. Some of the best leaders I’ve worked with - closing 200k-1M deals - Free food and drinks all day long - Leadership is there for support if you need it

- Like any startup, there are stresses, but it’s a really fun environment where you’re solving challenges with smart people who move fast - If you’ve got a big ego or don’t work well with others, this probably isn’t the place for you.

The pay was below average. Upper execs were extremely passive-aggressive and often tried to employ fear tactics. Sexism and lookism were rampant. Forget about work-life balance. You'll be OK only if you are part of the good ol' Boys Club.
