There are no pros as such

1 - No fixed office timings. (Basically no leaving time) 2 - Office Politics 3 - Poor management 4 - Inefficient and less knowledgeable team. 5 - Critisism on daily basis. They can easily let you morale down, very cheap politics. 6 - Getting leaves approved is a big task, No WFH, Pressuring for extra work or overwork. 7 - No training or clear guidance

Flexibility, may be due to the non-competency of management.

The workplace is heavily influenced by internal politics, with management that often appears unethical and lacking direction. Credit is frequently taken by the wrong individuals, and favoritism seems widespread. There is a perception that certain individuals are advanced despite limited demonstrated capability, while others’ contributions are overlooked. There is a noticeable gap between outward communication and actual decision-making practices.
