      Very demanding environment that in most cases doesn't reward the employees. The company doesn't make efforts to make programs to increase employees knowledge, and expect the employees to get it by themselves on their own time.

      I worked at wefi for 3 years, I developed my self during that time a lot!! initiative thinking is always welcome, great managers, the best people I had ever worked with, interesting product & technologies (big data analytic area), FUN!
