- White & male company driven by inexperienced C-Level - Culture of top-down, authoritative management, not accepting feedback - The CEO presents himself as a popular leader pushing his linkedin posts and agenda but in reality is detached from actually being involved in the life of the company and doesn't care about the wellbeing of the employees - Strategy of the company is changing monthly, it's hard to understand what is the actual goal of the company (besides earning money for the top level) - Lack of trust - Bad behaviour of people (leaders) is not only accepted but complains are ignored
