The company provides a really good environment where the multinational team can work together and implement solutions for the problems and opportunities. It is flexible, there some perks like free coffee, fruits, teas and water. There is a big kitchen for whom is willing to cook or to bring food from home and warm it up.

Since the company is growing fast some processes are unclear and some decisions change suddenly. However I wouldn't classify it as a negative point, but as part of the business model and reality.

-advanced tools and technology used, good devices offered for work -possibility to work from home -some great colleagues willing to help and share their knowledge -decent salary

-instability -bad communication between departments -lack of interest shown for their employees which results in no motivation for them to remain within the company -huge pressure brought by a great amount of tasks and responsibilities -workload increased for remaining employees due to the resignation of many experienced ones -inexperienced people in key-positions that have no idea how to lead a team towards a certain goal -management has a bad attitude towards employees in the IT department
