Vantaggi

It sounds trite but it's true that the people of zag truly care about one another and enjoy working together in a collaborative environment. It's not uncommon for people to hang out together after work. You have the freedom to explore creative ideas without limits. Everyone is pushing each other to do their best work for our clients. Great culture, a lot of fun team building activities and committees that encourage growth. Such as the IDEA committee that strives for Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Awareness. The VP and CEO are such nice people it makes everyone want to work harder for them.

Svantaggi

The hours can be challenging as well as the work/life balance. The team is supportive of one another and picks up work when others are swamped.

Vantaggi

The coworkers are genuinely kind and supportive. The only real positive is the team—you’ll find good people who try to make the best of the environment.

Svantaggi

The organization suffers from systemic cultural issues. Overtime is expected, and leadership places emphasis on rapid turnaround rather than quality work. Employee (Hello AI Big Brother!) monitoring practices are intrusive, and trust between management and staff is lacking. Leadership is aware of many of these problems but rarely addresses them. Decisions about staffing, including terminations, can appear arbitrary. Toxic leadership behaviors have been tolerated, and reports of mistreatment are overlooked. Burnout is widespread, as the company continually accepts new projects without considering team capacity and avoids bringing in outside support. Leadership awareness of these challenges has not translated into meaningful change, and staff well-being is rarely prioritized. Wages are below industry standards. Stress levels are high. Many people joke about working at McDonalds would be better.
