3yThank you for taking the time out to share your thoughts and feedback. As a zeroheight employee we value your concerns or any suggestions for improvement that could improve the employee experience for all zerohires :)
We really appreciate your feedback and would like to address some of the points that you have raised. We recognise that we can improve on benefits and pay and are yet to reach the heights of competing against the biggest US based tech companies but we’ll get there as we scale! We regularly review our compensation ranges and do so against two industry recognised data sets with compensation data for over 5,000 companies in London and San Francisco. We’ve also conducted surveys and reviewed a number of resources to ensure that our salary bands and benefits remain competitive versus similar sized tech companies. That way, we continue to attract and retain an amazing team.
Whilst a values alignment for us is extremely important, the ability of every member of our team is just as important. We understand that this may not always be clear as we have not had a formal career progression framework or performance review process to date. However, the people team and managers across the business recognise the importance of this and are working towards having open career frameworks across all teams and we’ll be kicking off our first company wide performance review in the next few weeks!
All of your feedback has been very useful and we’ll be looking at ways of sharing more data with the team for everyone to get a better understanding of why we’ve chosen certain strategies and visions. We’ll also be working with our DEI committee to make improvements to some of the other points that you mentioned.
If you have any follow up questions, please feel free to raise in the Q&A of our weekly all hands meeting with or without your name attributed.
