CEO will not make a decision. All Management not included in any discussions regarding the company. Mostly male industry...women are not on the same level as the men in the same level position. Lower than market compensation. Communication nonexistent. Bonus structure never explained or percentages met...no steps on how to reach goals that are not defined. Lack of educational opportunities or advancement. Merit raises for some, but not all are recognized.
