Managers treat employees like disposable commodities, causing relentless turnover and crushing job insecurity. The company hides behind excuses like “can’t find projects” to justify constant firings, but it’s a deliberate and ongoing pattern. They lie to candidates during hiring, pretending positions are full-time when in reality people are hired only for short-term projects and dumped as soon as those projects end. Instead of investing in employees or improving working conditions, the company wastes money on pointless branding decorations to cover up a toxic workplace. Working conditions are downright mediocre, with zero regard for employee well-being or career growth. Managers routinely lowball project timelines to clients, fully aware of the real workload. This forces employees to work unpaid overtime to meet impossible deadlines. It’s an exploitative culture where hard work goes unrecognized and people are treated as expendable resources.
