Recurrent Energy suffers from a completely disorganized structure with undefined processes, leading to constant confusion, especially at the top management level. There is little to no investment in young talent, who are often overworked without real opportunities for growth. Career progression paths are non-existent, and bonuses are virtually absent.
The company experiences frequent layoffs and an extremely high turnover rate, making it difficult to work in such an unstable environment. While it may be an option for gaining short-term experience (1-2 years), long-term prospects are highly discouraging. I would strongly recommend considering other opportunities for long-term career development.
