- As software engineer, the product is not that interesting, not much more than a document management platfrom - Founders talks a lot about values, but they don't live them, leading to huge distance between written statements and actual expectations. - Innovation is pushed only on paper. It is actually pretty fought against, mainly because of very little technical skills in founders.
