Advice to Job Seekers: Proceed with extreme caution. This company will drain your energy and self-esteem. Your hard work will not be appreciated, and your tenure could end arbitrarily tomorrow. If you are considering working here, please do not be fooled by the handful of positive reviews. Instead, look at the negative reviews. Even if it looks like there are not a lot, the number of likes/upvotes they have is CRUCIAL. They tell the true story of this workplace: a Toxic, Intimidating Environment Masquerading as a Startup. The Reality: - Toxic Culture of Intimidation: The entire structure is built on fear and intimidation. Instead of motivation, management employs tactics that create a stressful and highly anxious environment. - Unsustainable Turnover Rate: The employee churn here is astronomical. People are routinely dismissed without warning, often literally "from one evening to the next," leaving teams constantly scrambling and lacking continuity. There is absolutely no job security. - Zero Employee Support: Once you are hired, you are left to sink or swim. There is no meaningful onboarding, mentorship, or support system in place. Any attempt to ask for help or clarify direction is often met with disdain. Leadership and Strategy: - Incompetent and Arrogant Upper Management: The leadership team, despite being at the helm of a "10-year-old startup," is deeply incompetent. They lack any coherent strategic vision or focus on measurable business objectives. - Individualism Over Strategy: Decisions are driven by personal whims and individual egos, not by a sound business strategy or market reality. This results in constant, chaotic pivots that waste time and resources. - Blaming the Individual: The most infuriating aspect is their profound arrogance.
