- What it's been said during the interview is not alligned with the actual job - If you speak up you're likely to be targeted and considered someone always complaining - You could end up covering a higher position with the same salary - There are preferences: some employees are considered better than others like they were really close friends - Targets are really high and nearly impossible to reach so they don't pay your bonuses - There is not onboarding but a few articles to read and some videos (one week and a half)

Debito tecnico insuperabile soprattutto perché i dirigenti si concentrano più sul curare i rapporti con i clienti che dello stack tecnologico e del prodotto. Non è un’azienda di prodotto. All’esterno appare come l’ennesima realtà rivoluzionaria che cura nel dettaglio molti aspetti ma è tutto autocelebrativo e l’ambiente di lavoro non è armonico. Ho visto ripetersi errori per molti mesi nonostante i diversi tentativi dei vari team. Management pessimo. crescita personale praticamente assente, benefit assenti, consiglierei di cercare altre opportinità. Parlando anche con altre persone è un pensiero parecchio condiviso.
