Location hard to reach (foggy too). Although buildings are under improvement, missing the detail care ( order, inventary, space management and so on)
Although most of people are very polite and respectful, bad behaviors, by a couple of people only fortunately, are mostly tolerated without countermeasures by the company. It affects on stress/frustration increasing in the office.
Company is managed by few people have got the "know how" and it works like a small company.
No deep training on the products (only commercial one), poor documentation, no micro/macro planning (shared?). No plan to improve to fill the gaps.
Any improvement starts only by your personal willing to do more.
