Competitive salary, no stress. Flex time. Working with high level technology for autonomous driving of tractors. Personal initiatives are encouraged (in theory). Huge investment on buildings (from high level management)

Location hard to reach (foggy too). Although buildings are under improvement, missing the detail care ( order, inventary, space management and so on) Although most of people are very polite and respectful, bad behaviors, by a couple of people only fortunately, are mostly tolerated without countermeasures by the company. It affects on stress/frustration increasing in the office. Company is managed by few people have got the "know how" and it works like a small company. No deep training on the products (only commercial one), poor documentation, no micro/macro planning (shared?). No plan to improve to fill the gaps. Any improvement starts only by your personal willing to do more.
