No transparency whatsoever in growth, improvements, and decisions made by the upper management. A restricted group enjoys the privileges of having been at the company for many years now, while the rest of the employees have tho fight literal hunger games to have a raise, a promotion, or any other kind of recognition for their hard work and dedication, which are on the other hand demanded by the company. HR is completely absent, gaslighting is the norm, "this is how things have always been" is the mantra.
