Vantaggi
Remote work. Nothing else really.
Svantaggi
For an agency that sells itself as an eCommerce expert, the actual campaign work is embarrassingly basic. We're talking the kind of setup a first-year marketing student would produce on their first day. Nothing that required a single original thought. Clients are paying premium agency fees for work that any reasonably motivated intern could replicate in an afternoon. Leadership genuinely does not know what a strategy is. Not in the "they have a different approach" way — in the "they have never encountered the concept" way. Discussions about campaign direction are just a series of buzzwords arranged in a confident tone. Nobody pushes back because nobody at the top actually knows enough to know better. The gap between what is sold to clients and what is delivered is something else. Polished decks, impressive-sounding frameworks, and then underneath it all — the most vanilla, out-of-the-box setup imaginable. And those suspiciously enthusiastic 5-star reviews that recently appeared? Funny timing. When you can't fix the work, fix the rating.
