Since joining American National in July 2021, Chase has been a dedicated trainer within the Customer Experience organization, known for his passion for helping others succeed. He values the collaborative culture within Service Center Operations (SCO) and enjoys supporting both new hires and tenured customer service representatives by answering questions, updating procedures and celebrating team wins. Chase takes pride in keeping SCO procedures clear, accurate and easy to navigate, ensuring customer service representatives have the tools and confidence they need to succeed. He also appreciates working with a training team that encourages growth, creativity and fresh perspectives. “I greatly enjoy working with people who are enthusiastic about helping others develop and grow,” Chase said. “My training team leaves me feeling empowered to take big swings to make training better, while constantly providing new insights and ideas that allow me to see this work from many different angles.”

Annuity University returned for its sophomore year, bringing multiple-line agents from across the U.S. to South Shore Harbour Resort in League City, TX, for an immersive, collaborative experience focused on growth, learning and connection. New this year, the event also featured a social hour, giving South Shore employees the opportunity to connect with annuity-focused multiple-line agents and allowing agents to see firsthand the depth of support available from the American National team.

Clarity, courage and follow-through — Larissa has demonstrated all three as she begins a new chapter in her career. Since November, she has transitioned from senior compliance analyst to paralegal on our Law, Governance and Compliance team. She recently took the LSAT and is applying to law schools for fall admission. “Working with employment law, contracts and regulatory compliance inspired me to pursue the legal field,” Larissa said. Congratulations to Larissa on this milestone, and best of luck on the road to law school.
American National Insurance is proud to bring Houston Texans DE Will Anderson Jr. together with PTSD Foundation of America - Camp Hope to visit Camp Hope, a Houston-based facility where veterans struggling with PTSD receive care. Based on this visit, Anderson Jr. created a custom design which was applied to a pair of cleats as part of My Cause My Cleats.
