Last year Pooja unexpectedly lost her husband due to Covid. Pooja was not currently employed at the time so it led to her looking for employment opportunities to ensure she could continue to provide for her family. Pooja says "the past year was full of obstacles, and it is only through the support of BD that I have been able to manage my family. Despite having a bachelor's degree in engineering, I have been home with my children for the past 13 years. I felt honored and valued when BD offered me the opportunity.
