Once a BCGer, always a BCGer” is our promise to our alumni as they graduate from the firm and become part of a diverse and robust global Alumni Network. October is a month dedicated to celebrating our Alumni community with the Worldwide Alumni Day events and upskilling sessions across our offices. This year's theme is "From Here, Anywhere," honoring the unique paths that take us to many places – to new geographies, new industries, new companies, and new challenges – but reminding us of the underlying values of passion and integrity that runs through the BCG Alumni network. As we celebrate #BCGAlumniDay, we encourage you to explore our BCG in 3D experience including some of our alumni’s stories.
Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay, a reminder to prioritize well-being throughout the year. BCG’s Wellbeing@BCG program is designed to support our people with comprehensive well-being resources that focus on mental, physical, and emotional health. As Ben Horner, Managing Director and Partner at BCG, puts it, “Mental health is key to our overall well-being. It affects everything from how we enjoy life to how we perform at work, influencing our concentration, decision-making, and resilience.” To recognize World Mental Health Day, we’re hosting a global event where BCGers are sharing their stories and experiences with mental health challenges, highlighting our continued commitment to raising awareness and supporting our people. #WellbeingAtBCG #MentalHealthMatters #BCGLife

At Boston Consulting Group (BCG), we are proud to support and amplify the voices of women leaders, especially as they navigate and shape the rapidly evolving landscape of Generative AI (GenAI). Our latest insights reveal that senior women in technical roles are not just keeping pace but leading the way in GenAI adoption. However, there’s still work to be done to ensure that junior women in both technical and nontechnical roles don’t fall behind. This research underscores BCG’s commitment to bridging gender gaps and empowering all our employees to thrive in tech leadership. We’re dedicated to providing targeted upskilling, fostering inclusive leadership, and creating safe spaces for all to explore and experiment with GenAI. If you’re passionate about innovation and gender equity in tech, discover how BCG is creating opportunities for women to lead the charge in GenAI and beyond. What was the most impactful project of your career? For BCG’s Grace Davey, working with Cancer Research UK (CRUK) was meaningful for both personal and professional reasons: “Working with Cancer Research UK (CRUK) was my dream project. CRUK’s purpose is deeply important to me, especially as I have several friends and family members living with cancer. It was incredibly rewarding to work at the intersection of healthcare and social impact—areas I am passionate about—and on a topic as groundbreaking as generative AI disruption. This experience has been one of the highlights of my time at BCG. Our work in generative AI is truly at the cutting edge of technology. Without the benefit of a crystal ball to predict future disruptions and their impact on human behavior, we had to understand the technologies and their impact, strategize, and consider speculative futures. This approach helped us to map out and navigate the uncertainties and get prepared for the transformative changes that lie ahead, for whichever direction they might go.” Watch Grace’s full Impact in Sixty now: https://lnkd.in/eMq4DDX9
