In honor of Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, our employee resource group, HAAPI, created space for associates to learn about different cultures and share experiences. They hosted a virtual conversation about Hawaiian heritage and collaborated with our ERGs PACT and LIFT for a panel discussion about different family journeys. As May comes to an end, we are grateful to have these opportunities where we can make meaningful memories and connections with one another. Happy AAPI Heritage Month!

We’re also committed to supporting their continued growth. After their 12-month anniversary, team members have the opportunity to earn their EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification, fully paid for by Bozzuto. Investing in skilled trades means equipping our maintenance teams with the resources and tools they need to succeed.
