Choice Hotels International is expanding its Everhome Suites brand with new openings in Fayetteville, NC, and Cheyenne, WY, and a groundbreaking in Clarksville, TN. The brand now has seven properties open, with over 20 under construction and nearly 30 expected to open by the end of 2025. These developments address the high demand for extended stay accommodations and reflect Choice Hotels’ strategic focus on high-growth regions.
This year marks the fifth anniversary of the initiative, which has donated a total of $275,000 to local nonprofits through more than 70 hotels across the United States since its inception in 2019.
With Lobby in a Box, MainStay Suites Chesapeake introduces a versatile, multi-functional lobby that features a built-in marketplace with on-the-go meal and beverage options, essential travel items, and flexible seating. Complementing the new lobby design, the property also incorporates Choice’s Kitchen in a Box package, with in-room kitchens that enhance the guest experience by offering cooking amenities and residential comfort—a hallmark of the MainStay Suites brand. The combined installation of these packages creates a truly “Live Like Home” experience that supports both functionality and profitability for the property.

Its 500th property, the newly opened Everhome Suites in Glendale, Arizona, marks the brand's entry into one of the Southwest's high-growth regions. Located along the New River with scenic views and a riverwalk, the hotel is near Luke Air Force Base, Arizona State University West Valley Campus, State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Casino, St. Joseph's Westgate Medical Center, and more. The property will serve the area's booming infrastructure projects and industries, providing much-needed longer-term lodging options. Choice's extended stay properties provide essential accommodations for a fast-growing demographic of workers on temporary assignments including infrastructure projects and other long-term stays that stimulate the economy.
Choice Privileges members have donated more than 14 million points, equivalent to over $70,000, to date. Choice has fulfilled a $20,000 donation match and committed to match another $30,000, as the campaign continues. Additional donations have come from company associates and matching through Choice Gives, the company's corporate charity donation matching program.
