#D2LFusion has officially begun! We’re bringing together educators, innovators, and leaders from around the world to explore the future of learning, connect with peers, and dive deep into the possibilities of what’s next. From inspiring keynotes to hands-on sessions, #D2LFusion is where ideas ignite and impact begins.
Day 2 at #D2LFusion was filled with innovation, insights, and energy. We kicked things off with a powerful Solutions Spotlight where D2L introduced a lineup of new solutions designed to support more accessible, personalized, and connected learning. Attendees also got a first look at D2L Lumi, an AI-powered suite featuring Study Support, Tutor, Insights, and Feedback tools built to personalize learning and give educators back valuable time. The momentum continued with deep-dive product sessions, hands-on labs, and thought-provoking breakout discussions. The Partner Symposium brought together forward-thinking voices to explore how collaboration and innovation are shaping what’s next in learning.
At D2L, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone can do their best work, feel a strong sense of belonging, and know they’re valued for who they are. Pride Month is a special time to celebrate the 2SLGBTQ+ community—within D2L and beyond—and to recognize the strength, brilliance, and resilience that this community brings. We’re proud of the work our teams do to support and uplift one another, including through our employee resource groups and the D2SLGBTQ+ committee. These efforts help ensure that our workplace continues to be one where everyone can grow, contribute, and thrive. We’re also honoured to have been recognized once again as one of Canada's Best Diversity Employers for 2025. At D2L, our strength comes from bringing together people with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. We focus on building an environment that removes barriers, fuels creativity, and supports each person’s growth. It’s how we drive performance, deepen learning, and strengthen our teams. This month, we encourage you to take part in Pride programming, connect with colleagues, show up as an ally and explore new ways to show support. Whether you attend an event, read a shared story, or offer encouragement to someone—it all matters. Together, let’s continue to shape a workplace where everyone feels empowered to do the best work of their lives. Check out the Performance, Learning and Teamwork page on our website to learn more.
