As part of our commitment to professional growth, we recently hosted two in-person MindGym learning sessions that fostered shared learning and development. In the Impressing Groups session, we explored strategies for crafting impactful presentations and navigating conversations with clear intent, culminating in peer presentations that put our skills to the test. In the Influence + Persuade session, we learned nine effective influencing tactics and collaborated with peers to build real-world influence strategies. Both sessions were highly engaging and provided tangible tools we can begin applying in our roles right away.
In the spirit of our value “We Care About Each Other,” our team partnered with WeHero to pack 132 inspiration kits and donate $2,500 to The Bridge: Homeless Recovery Center in Dallas, providing meaningful support and encouragement to help individuals find hope and start rebuilding their lives. Our recent Town Hall was a meaningful time for us to come together as one team. We reviewed the state of the business, gained insights into financial performance, and heard valuable brand updates. We also took time to celebrate each other. We welcomed new associates, recognized milestone anniversaries and well-earned promotions, and proudly introduced our first Associate of the Quarter! And of course, it wouldn’t be a true EWC team gathering without great food, engaging conversations, and the opportunity to give back through a volunteer event in support of our community.
