Last weekend, four amazing NewDay colleagues took on the gruelling Endure24 challenge in Bramham Park, Leeds, whilst raising vital funds for our amazing community partner Family Action too. Endure24 is a 24-hour race that’s all about teamwork, with the goal of completing as many laps of the course as you can, but in a relay format! 🎉 Big congrats to Jessie Mitchell, Declan Bell, Christopher Johnson and Adam Sedgwick for this amazing achievement 🎉

At NewDay, our colleagues are highly engaged with our community impact activities, which includes volunteering their time at Food On Our Doorstep (FOOD) Clubs, run by our community partner Family Action. This incredible initiative provides good quality food at a low cost, whilst also helping to reduce food waste. Last Thursday, we celebrated International Women’s Day. It’s a day dedicated to honouring the incredible women driving change, both globally and right here at NewDay🌍💪. We kicked off the day with an inspiring talk from Petra Gatto ✨, followed by a panel event, featuring inspiring external speakers and our very own Group CEO, John Hourican who emphasised his commitment to listening, supporting, and driving the actions necessary to create lasting change 💬💜. The rest of the day was filled with insightful and inspiring sessions that gave people across the organisation tools to build their skills, embrace challenges and make valuable connections 🧠✨.
