It's a big day today at TI / NTG as we're officially launching 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗼𝗻 - our HiPo (high potential) mentorship program. This four-month initiative is going to be filled with productive and intentional growth, development, and (of course) fun! We'll have multiple interactive elements, all built in-house to fit our specific needs, including: 🏈 A 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 with activities for our participants to get to know each other and set SMART goals for the program 📔 A mentee/mentor weekly 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 to help guide discussions 💡 A mentee 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 for tracking progress 💪🏻 Additional support from leaders 🎓 A mentorship "graduation" where we'll talk about program successes and share best-practices for continuing these incredible relationships The value of a strong support system during our career and personal journeys can't be overstated.

Our members of our Employee Resource Groups, BeyondBlack & empowHER, recently took part in Truckers Against Trafficking's event, "Creating Local Partnerships To End Human Trafficking," held in Atlanta. It was an enlightening experience that provided our members with a deeper understanding of the human trafficking crisis and highlighted the vital role the transportation industry can play in combating it. Our teams have been feeling extra cheerful with our company holiday parties. At NTG Holiday parties, each office has the opportunity to recognize employees going above and beyond for the year.
