You can usually catch him waking up around 5 a.m. to begin his day with the Intern Run Club (that he helped start) and getting some meal prep in before worktime. After a carpool with roommates, he’s in the office for meetings where he helps navigate the complex world of sourcing, production, and more. With nearly 25 years of experience with the company, most recently as President of Insulation, Nico is a seasoned executive who brings a strong commercial acumen, broad building products expertise, and deep operational and financial skills to lead the next phase of growth in the Roofing business Also a seasoned building products leader, Jose has more than 20 years of experience in the building products industry and nearly a decade serving various roles within Owens Corning’s Insulation business. He joined the company in 2012 and most recently served as Vice President and General Manager, Commercial and Industrial Insulation Each will be responsible for driving strategic growth, strengthening operational performance, and deepening customer partnerships within their businesses and across the enterprise.
