We’ve seen other roles that are external-facing, working with patient advocates and working with patient advocacy groups, but I haven’t seen a CRO position that works from the inside, guiding the design and delivery of patient-centric clinical trials.” We’re thrilled to welcome Stacy Hurt, MHA, MBA to Parexel as our first Patient Ambassador! Stacy’s experience as a healthcare professional, caregiver and patient will be essential in helping us design clinical trials that make patients’ lives easier.
What’s the most exciting thing about working with data? For Alethia, it’s being at the core of every clinical trial we work on. Our Data Management team is involved across all aspects of the product development process, collaborating across many departments throughout Parexel to help bring new treatments to patients.

Meet Amelia! Amelia is a Senior Manager for Parexel's Medical Writing Services where she works with colleagues across the globe. Over the past six weeks, Parexel colleagues around the world have shown tremendous care and compassion for all those who have been impacted by the despairs and horrors of war taking place in Ukraine. Our colleagues in Germany and Poland immediately coordinated a large-scale charitable initiative to collect and deliver medication, medical supplies, first aid kits, hygiene products, canned food and other provisions to those in need. More shipments to hospitals and facilities recommended by our local Parexel colleagues are planned for this ongoing initiative, including additional medical supplies arriving from Parexel teams in London and Italy. Thank you to our colleagues across the organization for giving your time, energy, support and hearts in this time of need.
