In recognition of "National Family Caregiver Month", we'd like to thank caregivers, like our Patient Ambassador Stacy Hurt who sacrifice daily for their loved ones and act as pillars of support for their families, providing crucial care when it’s not easy to find balance. “Although he can’t speak, when he looks up at me with his big blue eyes and smiles at me — I smile at him — and I know that he knows how much he is loved.” Stacy Hurt’s son, Emmett, suffers from an ultra-rare disease that makes him fully dependent on his parents for care. Stacy’s role as a caregiver, while immensely rewarding, requires a tremendous amount of dedication and strength, especially as she has experienced her own severe health challenges. Last week, we were excited to continue our Parexel Connect series, this time in Atlanta at Terminus 330 located in the heart of the city's Centennial Olympic Park District. Our Parexel Connect events bring together Parexel colleagues in an area not located in proximity to a physical office to establish stronger connections and build their Parexel network for the future. Our Atlanta event hosted by Peyton Howell, Chief Operating & Growth Officer, was a great opportunity for many employees to meet fellow colleagues for the first time and to celebrate the many contributions of the Atlanta team to Parexel's success. We're already looking forward to our next Connect event!
