Teammates from across the organization gathered in celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month to enjoy a Pan-Asian fusion experience hosted by the Rollins PEACE Employee Resource Group (ERG), with PEACE leadership member and Clark Pest Control's very own Chef Cyrus Cortez, showcasing his signature grilling skills🔥 The space was thoughtfully transformed with welcoming décor that reflected the richness of the cultures being honored, along with an incredible Pan-Asian food selection and curated sweet treats representing cultures across the AANHPI community. The event offered a meaningful opportunity for teammates to connect and learn about the cultures represented.

Rollins’ R-Collective Employee Resource Group (ERG) brought the fun to our headquarters with a Mario Kart Madness-themed Popcorn Wednesday! 🍿🎮 Focused on supporting and empowering early-career teammates, creating opportunities for growth, and learning from one another—attendees gathered, met R-Collective’s board members, and learned more about the group’s mission while competing in a Mario Kart bracket. Shoutout to the 1st and 2nd place winners who claimed the top spots! 🏆 R-Collective also partnered with Atlanta Inner-City Ministry (AIM) to create meal packs, supporting their work to help kids and families reach their full potential through access to essential resources. In celebration of International Women’s Day, Rollins Women+ Employee Resource Group hosted a lunch at Rollins Home Office, joining teammates to connect and celebrate. Attendees enjoyed catering from women-owned restaurant Brown Bag Seafood Co., shared personal growth moments from the past year, and heard from Chief Information Officer Renee Pearson, who reflected on a former woman leader who made a lasting impact on her career. In recognition of Black History Month, we proudly honor the legacy, achievements and lasting impact of Black leaders, innovators and changemakers. In January, we honor Dr. King’s legacy by reflecting on the power of service and its impact on our communities. During our Martin Luther King Jr. Week of Service, Rollins teammates across the Atlanta area came together to give back in meaningful ways. Together, they: - Packaged more than 2,800 nutritious meals for individuals and families in need - Assembled 200 warming kits for adults and children without winter clothing - Installed winter mulch at Piedmont Park to help protect trees from winter frost We are proud of our teammates for turning service into action and for continuing to strengthen the communities where we live and work.
On Dec. 11, Rollins PRIDE ERG volunteered with Trans Housing Atlanta Program (THAP), an organization committed to safe, affirming housing and essential support services for transgender and gender nonconforming individuals in Georgia. Teammates rolled up their sleeves to clean, unpack, move furniture and organize the space in preparation for THAP’s reopening in January. Our PRIDE ERG also contributed essential cleaning supplies and an in-kind donation of $3,500. We’re honored to support THAP’s mission and grateful to our teammates who helped make this space feel like home!
