This year, with the support of our Spirit Family members who volunteered over 2500 hours, we partnered with 62 organizations across 51 communities where we live & fly across the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean. Through our collective efforts, we’ve proudly donated $1.6M+ to organizations that have a meaningful social impacts on the lives of Children and Families, Service Members, and the Environment.

As we celebrate National Veterans and Military Families Month, we honor the incredible service and sacrifice of both our military members and their families. Whether you’re one of the 500+ Veterans in our Spirit Family or one of the many Service Members we proudly support, we thank you for your unwavering dedication. We’re proud to be one of just two airlines offering full Military Benefits and to partner with organizations like Honor Flight South Florida. Each year, we have the privilege of sending a group of Veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit the memorials built in their honor.
Talk about a hole-in-one for a good cause! ⛳️🏌️ The Spirit Charitable Foundation’s 7th Annual Spirit Open raised over $1.2 million to support nonprofits that have a meaningful impact on the lives of Children and Families, Service Members, and the Environment. With more than 200 generous participants and countless supporters, this year’s event was truly a swinging success. A huge thank you to our donors, partners, participants, beverage sponsors, and Hoffman's Chocolates, who made this incredible milestone possible! 🙌
Our Team Members came together and ran across the finish line at the annual MIA Runway 5K in honor of #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth – for the 3rd year! With 2,400 runners, we joined forces to support the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiative. The scenic airport runway route, paired with cheers from family and friends, made it a memorable event. We're so proud of our Team Members for every step taken toward finding a cure! 🎀
Miami International Airport just got wayyyy more fly. We are the first airline to move to the newly renovated ticket counters in the central terminal! What a way to celebrate 3 years at MIA 😎
