We recently held our first ever TGB staff sample sale - and it was a huge success. ✨ Hosted by our Spa team, the pop‑up sale brought teams together for an afternoon of beauty, self‑care and some seriously good deals, with products from brands including GHD and ESPA alongside TGB Spa gift vouchers. Beyond being a fun moment for the team, the sale also helped raise money for the Spa, making it a great example of teams coming together to support one another. From skincare and haircare favourites to queues forming before the doors had even opened, the whole afternoon brought a real buzz to Head Office. 💗 Safe to say, it won’t be our last sample sale… 👀
At TGB we offer a Personal Growth Fund, giving each team member £1,000 a year to spend on something they’re genuinely interested in – outside of work. It’s all about personal passions rather than job‑related development. So far, people have used it for everything from golf lessons and floristry courses to driving lessons and music classes! It’s a great way to try something new, build confidence, or simply spend time doing something you enjoy. For us, it’s a big part of how we invest in our people and support growth beyond the workplace. 🌱
One of our favourite times of the month? Our company‑wide huddle. We bring teams together from across TGB, including our US teams, to share updates on how the business is performing and give everyone a clear view of where we’re heading. We also hear directly from teams on what they’re working on and what’s coming next - celebrating wins together along the way. Our MD also takes time to recognise individuals and teams who’ve made a real impact, which is always a highlight. And, of course, there are snacks, time to catch up, and our now very recognisable inflatable TGB nail varnish making an appearance! 🎉 For us, it’s a simple way of staying connected, transparent, and moving forward together. 💗
This is a big week for TGB as we have officially launched in 500+ CosmoProf stores across the United States- our most significant US expansion to date! Seeing our products land in CosmoProf locations nationwide is a huge moment for the business, and a reflection of the work and collaboration from teams across TGB. For many involved, it represents months of planning, preparation and partnership to bring everything together at scale. At TGB, we’ve built a bit of a tradition around celebrating birthdays - bringing people together by star sign and celebrating as a team. Each month we gather in the lounge to share a big cake, thanks to our wonderful Facilities team. It’s always vegan, and allergen‑friendly so everyone can enjoy it. This month it was our Taurus babies’ turn! 🎂 It’s a simple ritual that gives people a chance to step away from their desks, catch up, and enjoy some downtime together. Alongside this, once people reach a year with us, they also receive a birthday bonus to spend as they wish. For us, it’s these moments that bring people together and make day‑to‑day life at TGB feel that bit more special. ✨
Last week, teams from across TGB spent time in Glasgow connecting with the local nail community across a series of events and visits. We kicked things off at the Professional Beauty Regional Summit, spending time with customers and building relationships. That evening, in partnership with TGB Educators House of NAF, we hosted a local event bringing together nail techs for an evening of education and connection. We rounded off the trip with a series of visits to local salons, taking the opportunity to connect directly, say thank you, and gather feedback from those who work with our products day to day. For us, this kind of face‑to‑face time is invaluable, helping us listen, learn and continue to grow. 🚀

As the new financial year got underway, our Warehouse team took on one of the most important tasks of the year: stock take! 📦 It’s no small task - and it’s something we approach as a true team effort every single year. From HQ to the Warehouse, teams came together to make sure our stock was checked, accurate, and ready for the year ahead. A huge thank you to the Warehouse team for leading the way, and to everyone who stepped in alongside their day‑to‑day roles to help.
