What does it actually take to embed AI into the way an enterprise operates? When the global leadership team of L'Oréal visited us recently, we did not just talk about what is possible with data and AI. We showed it, and the territory we got into was fascinating. The day also gave us space to reflect on how the L'Oréal x Tiger CoE continues to evolve as we continue to integrate AI into day-to-day workflows and decisions. Thanks to the L’Oreal leaders for the thoughtful engagement throughout the day.
Fresh off Pi Day, we got our share of Py and a whole lot of deep dives into what it really takes to build systems that hold up in production. At PyConf Hyderabad 2026, conversations ranged from scaling and reliability to hands-on problem-solving. Our sessions on optimization systems and Dagster pipelines, led by Chakravarthy Ch and Manoj Ampolu, sparked some great back-and-forth with the audience, and the booth conversations kept the momentum going. A big shout-out to everyone who stopped by and engaged with us!
Sometimes we hear a word and assume we know what it means. The story it carries. Experimentation. Expertise. Ownership. Composure. Future Focused. But that may only be half the story. The other half is where these qualities move beyond abstract values on a wall and show up in everyday work, shaping the decisions that define what we build. At Tiger, we see this every day in the women who build in tech, shape businesses, create spaces for mentorship and allyship, and live their stripes, every single day.
