Key milestones we’re celebrating: 👉 Women in senior leadership positions grew from 7.3% in FY21 to 18.7% in FY24. 👉 Return-to-work rate for new mothers has consistently been at an inspiring 100%. 👉 Workforce retention for women progressing in their careers improved significantly, with departures dropping from 18% in FY21 to 7.9% in FY24. We believe in creating pathways for women to excel in STEM and leadership roles, ensuring an inclusive culture for all. Thank you to our teams and partners who make these strides possible.
