June is Pride Month. A moment to remember the people and progress that brought us here. This year, we're celebrating Pride on Purpose - with intention, stories, and pride in who we are together. At Wolters Kluwer, diversity is core to our collective strength. We believe that when people feel they truly belong, valued for who they are, not just what they do, that's when we thrive together, contribute fully, and do our best work. Curious about what it's like to be part of Wolters Kluwer? Be the difference. If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.
Our annual #CodeGames took place earlier this month. 5,600 employees made up over 800 teams, all with the same shared goal: build what’s next. Code Games is innovation in motion. Across the organization, teams came together to experiment, build, and push boundaries, turning ideas into working solutions designed for real-world impact. More than a competition, it reflects how Wolters Kluwer works: curious, connected, and constantly moving forward. Congratulations to all participants! We can't wait to see what you innovate next.
At Wolters Kluwer, people are empowered to thrive in a culture built on trust, collaboration, and belonging. A place where ideas are respected, perspectives are valued, and people are encouraged to take ownership, try new things, and grow. Through the Wolters Kluwer Women’s Network, colleagues and allies connect year-round - across roles, regions, and experiences. More than 800 members come together in mentoring circles and communities focused on topics like technology, caregiving, work-life balance, and shared learning. These spaces create room to listen, exchange insight, and move forward. Rachel McMahan, Executive Chair of Wolters Kluwer Women’s Network says: “Women’s History Month gives us a moment to reflect and a responsibility to act. Through the Wolters Kluwer Women’s Network, we focus on building an inclusive caring culture that supports wellbeing, belonging, and progress throughout the year.” Join us, at Wolters Kluwer, and be part of a dynamic global technology company that makes a difference every day. Be the difference. If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.
Progress is succeeding together At Wolters Kluwer, we succeed together. Our engagement results show a strong desire for collaboration, connection, and shared purpose. This Women’s Month, we celebrate the women across the organization who are helping bring that spirit to life every day. By building inclusive teams, strengthening relationships, and working toward common goals, these powerhouses show that real progress doesn’t happen alone. It happens when people support one another, learn together, and move forward as ONE.
Progress breaks every glass ceiling Some think leadership has a gender. We prove excellence has none. Today, our boardrooms reflect the world we serve — perfectly balanced, powerfully diverse. With women comprising 50% of our leadership, we're not just talking about change, we're living it. Because when talent knows no barriers, excellence becomes inevitable. People of Progress.

Happy International Women’s Day! Today, we're reflecting on what "Give to Gain" really means. At Wolters Kluwer, women contribute their expertise to build AI-powered solutions that professionals turn to in the moments that matter most. They innovate for customers, making critical choices in healthcare, legal, finance, and beyond - choices that touch millions of lives. They lead in ways that shape not just our products but progress itself. And what do they get in return? Purpose-driven work in an inclusive culture where they can help advance health, justice, and sustainability through technology that makes a real difference. They see leadership that reflects them - our Executive Board is 50% female - and experience a work environment designed to help them thrive. Be the difference. If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.
