Role Purpose
The Administrator / Stationery Administrator is responsible for managing office supplies, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and supporting staff with essential resources. This role combines general administrative duties with specialized oversight of stationery procurement, inventory, and distribution.


Requirements
Qualifications & Experience


Matric


Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)


2–3 years’ experience in administration or procurement roles



Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain stock levels of office supplies.


Source, order, and purchase stationery and consumables from approved vendors.


Track usage and implement controls to minimize waste.


Administrative Support.


Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.


Support staff with requests for office resources.


Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial procedures.


Operational Efficiency.


Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.


Liaise with internal departments to forecast supply needs.
